We offer you a home away from home with an option to choose between our 12 studios and Penthouse Apartment in central Oberboihingen.

The BoardingHouse N22 Oberboihingen is located in the newly designed city centre with easy train and bus connectivity. 12 fully furnished studio apartments for two persons and a fully furnished Penthouse Apartment with a stunning view of Oberboihingen for 1-3 persons and aditional guests.

Smoking is prohibited within the Apartment premises. However, you are free to smoke in the area outside the building.

We also provide disabled-friendly Apartments for more access.

The BoardingHouse is run by the Ebermann family who have also been running the much loved Restaurant ‘Linde’, a modern take on a family style restaurant that has been around for the last 50 years. You can experience the food without having to venture too far away as the BoardingHouse is just next to the Restaurant.

The BoardingHouse is conveniently situated to amenities like supermarkets, pharmacies, hospitals, restaurants, pubs, petrol stations and ATMs and also easily accessible to the motorway A8, the Stuttgart Airport and the Stuttgart convention centre.
